Notary Public

In order for me to perform notarization, you will need any of the following proof of identity which must be unexpired:

  • Driver's license

  • Identification card

  • US Passport

  • Foreign Passport

  • Employment Identity Card

  • Credible witness

 

 

IMPORTANT:

If your document lacks a notarial attachment, I have plenty to spare. If your notarial attachment is an acknowledgment, you have the option to sign your document in my presence or without. If your notarial attachment is a jurat, you must wait to sign in front of me and I will administer a verbal oath.

Loan Signing Agent

As a commissioned notary, I too can print and present your loan documents during the appointment. I’ll navigate the appropriate sections that require your signatures and initials on your documents.

  3. The principle and interest portion of your payment

  4. Total payment amount including your escrows

  5. Total of closing costs

  6. Note (contract)

  7. First payment letter
